Welcome to Shippingnibees.com “Shipping Nibees LLC”. These Terms and Conditions
(“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including the purchase, consolidation, and shipment
of goods from our warehouse to various destinations worldwide. By using our services,
you agree to these Terms in full. You must not use our services if you disagree with any part of these Terms.

Services
• Service Description: we provide a logistics service that allows customers to shop online,
have their items delivered to our warehouse, and then consolidate and ship these items to
destinations of their choice.

Customer Responsibilities
• Account Information: Customers must provide accurate, complete, and current
information during the registration process and update such information as necessary.
• Payment Methods: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the payment methods
they use are valid and authorized.

Payment and Fees
• Service Fees: Fees for our services are detailed on our website and are subject to change.
Customers will be notified of any changes in fees before they are applied.
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment
gateways. Shipping Nibees LLC is not responsible for any issues arising from payment
processing.

Fraudulent Activity
• Fraud Detection: Shipping Nibees LLC employs various fraud detection methods to
monitor transactions. Any suspicious activity may result in the suspension or termination
of services.
• Customer Liability: Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the legitimacy of
their purchases and payments. Shipping Nibees LLC is not liable for any fraudulent
transactions made using customer accounts.
• Reporting Fraud: Suspected fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant
authorities. Shipping Nibees LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders,
and/or terminate accounts if any fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. Shipping and Delivery
• Detailed shipping policies, including delivery times and handling fees, Customs and
Import duties are tailored to each customer’s logistics needs.

Storage and Item Disposition
• Non-Storage Policy: Shipping Nibees LLC is not a storage facility. Customers are
required to arrange for the shipment of their items from our warehouse within four (4)
weeks of delivery.
• Unclaimed Items: If payment for shipment is not received within four (4) weeks,
Shipping Nibees LLC reserves the right to donate unclaimed items to Goodwill Industries
or another charitable organization.
• Extended Storage: Should a customer require extended storage, we can arrange for a
storage facility at their own expense. The cost will depend on the volume of items and
labour required to move the items to the storage facility.

Liability and Indemnity
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shipping Nibees LLC is
not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related
to the use of our services.
• Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify and hold Shipping Nibees LLC harmless
from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of their
use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third
party.

Termination
• Termination by Customer: Customers may terminate their account at any time by
contacting customer service.
• Termination by Company: Shipping Nibees LLC reserves the right to terminate or
suspend accounts and access to services at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct
that it believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the services, Shipping
Nibees LLC, or third parties.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services will be subject to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Tennessee.

Changes to Terms
Shipping Nibees LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Customers will be
notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the services after such changes
constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
